I was confused trying to find the information I needed. It really shouldn’t be this hard to locate basic details, come on now. A little more transparency would make the whole experience much better...

I have to say, I’m disappointed. It broke after just one wash, which really shouldn’t happen. I was hoping it would hold up better, but unfortunately the quality just wasn’t there.

I didn’t get a trustworthy vibe from the site. It kind of made it sound like everything would be clear and straightforward, but when I actually looked around, I couldn’t find enough solid info. Felt like the promises didn’t really match what was there, so I just left.

Tried using the promo code at checkout, but it didn’t work at all. Ended up paying full price, so that was annoying.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept failing when I got to the payment step. Then my cart suddenly emptied, which was annoying. There wasn’t any clear error message either, so I had no idea what went wrong, if that makes sense. After wasting a bunch of time on it, I just gave up

I ordered this about a week ago because it said delivery would take 2-3 days. Since then, the tracking has barely changed, and when I reached out, support basically just told me to wait. I needed it for a gift, so the whole thing has been frustrating. If delivery is going to be like this, I probably won’t use ekoluv again...

To be fair, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but I just don’t think it was worth the price. The quality was only okay for me, and for what I paid, I expected a little more. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from Ekoluv because I remember the description making the item sound really nice, but when it showed up, it just didn’t match what I had in my head. The color was the first thing I noticed, and the size felt off too. I don’t even remember every little detail from the listing now, but I definitely remember thinking the material looked or sounded better online.
Maybe I missed something when I was reading through the page, but the whole thing felt a bit misleading. When I buy something based on the description, I expect it to be close to what arrives. This one was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I reached out to customer service and just never heard anything back. They make it sound like help is available and that someone will follow up, but it all feels like vague promises when nobody actually responds. Frustrating experience.

The box arrived totally smashed, and I don’t have the patience for this kind of thing. The packaging was terrible, so of course the item inside ended up dented. Really frustrating.

I was surprised by how little there was to choose from. I went in expecting at least a decent range of options, but I couldn’t really find much that I actually wanted. It feels a bit unfair to customers when a place makes you think there’ll be more variety than there really is.

I sent my return back and then basically had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. The replies were really slow, and when they did respond it felt like nobody had actually read my message. The refund eventually came through, but it took way longer than it should have. It wasn’t even a big order, but the whole thing was annoying enough that I wouldn’t bother buying from them again.

I ordered my usual size, but it was tight pretty much everywhere, which was a fun surprise. Maybe the sizing chart is just more of a suggestion. Definitely won’t be buying this again.
